We
are looking for an Outbound Sales Manager in the B2B Solar sector to join our
team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for client
management, cross-functional collaboration, technical guidance, relationship
building, project management, and performance reporting. You will build and
nurture client relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee
feasibility assessments and site surveys, build strong relationships with EPC
partners, manage solar projects from inception to completion, and provide
regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or related field
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in renewable
energy or project management preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2
years in a similar role in solar project management
- Proven ability to drive C&I solar projects
- Exceptional sales skills and track record in client
relationship development
- Deep understanding of the East African market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment
