Description
What
you’ll do:
- As
a Frontend Developer in our team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring
the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Your
meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in developing comprehensive
test plans and executing them effectively.
- You
will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including product
managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements.
- Your
role will involve performing functional, regression, and exploratory
testing while documenting results meticulously.
- You
will also design automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks and
tools.

- Develop
and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software
functionality, usability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate
with product managers, developers, and designers to understand project
requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform
functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify defects and
ensure software quality meets established standards
- Document
test results, track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve
issues in a timely manner
- Design,
develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing
frameworks and tools
- Integrate
automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment
(CI/CD) pipeline to ensure early detection of defects
- Work
closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing
objectives, priorities, and timelines
- Participate
in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
sprint reviews
- Identify
opportunities to improve quality assurance processes, tools, and
methodologies
- Collect
and analyse user feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and
inform testing strategies
What
you bring:
- The
ideal Frontend Developer will bring a wealth of experience in software
quality assurance, particularly in web application testing. You will have
a strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Computer
Science, Engineering or a related field. Your proficiency in test
automation tools such as Selenium and Cypress, coupled with your expertise
in Typescript / Javascript, will be crucial to your success in this role.
A deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies is
expected. Experience working in agile development environments and the
ability to excel in a remote work setting are also

- Minimum
of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on web
application testing
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency
in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress or similar frameworks
- Proficiency
in Typescript / Javascript
- Strong
understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best
practices
- Experience
working in agile development environments with knowledge of methodologies
such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proven
ability to excel in a remote work environment with strong communication
and collaboration skills
