- After-sales service team management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction &
provide personalized after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure that repair and maintenance
services are conducted according to standard operating procedures to
guarantee service quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers & manage
inventory of repair parts and consumables.
- Quality control & analysis of
feedback and repair quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop budgets &expense plans for
the after-sales service department.
- Provide technical support & guidance
& organize employee training plans to improve technical & service
skills.
- Participate in formulating marketing
strategies for after-sales service to increase market share.
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety
Management
- Collect, analyze, and report after-sales
service business data to monitor service performance and customer
satisfaction.
- Crisis Management and Emergency Response
- Environmental Protection and Sustainable

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle
engineering, Automotive Maintenance, Automotive Applications.
- 5 years & above experience in theautomobile maintenance & service
industry.
- Solid professional knowledge in the
automotive field.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Driving license holder with driving
experience of more than 2 years.
- Strong leadership, organizational
coordination & team management skills.
- Good professional ethics and
confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal communication and
social skills.
