Job Summary:
The Data Clerk – USAID Imarisha Jamii OVC Project will
support the monitoring & evaluation team in design, implementation and
review of the project’s monitoring and evaluation interventions, collection of
primary Data from the field and in putting into the reporting systems,
addressing the M&E capacity gaps identified, track performance and inform
programming.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Diploma in Information
Technology/Monitoring & Evaluation/Public Health/ Health Records/Computer
Sciences/Statistics or related field
A minimum of two years of relevant
experience in Information Technology and analytical work. Experience in
monitoring and evaluation preferred.
Working knowledge of and practical
experience of CPIMS or OVC Database will be an added advantage.
Fluency in PEPFAR’s OVC and OVC M&E and results framework and up-to-date knowledge of PEPFAR indicators
Good understanding of PEPFAR/MOH/MGLSD
reporting requirements, expectations and Tools.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
Basic understanding of databases
Awareness on child Safeguarding
practices and policies
Fast typing skills; knowledge of
touch-typing system is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of office equipment
and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Positive attitude & an open mind
Demonstrates diplomacy, flexibility,
and resourcefulness
Excellent communication and public
relations skills
