The Environment & Social Issues Expert will be responsible to the Operations Manager.

The Environment & Social Issues Expert will be responsible to the Operations Manager.
- BSc.
Degree in Environmental Science.
- Proven
record of at least 10 years in environmental impact assessment,
environment audits and the handling of workplace social issues.
- Relevant
experience in dust abatement, child labour law and noise pollution
management
- A
trained peer educator will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility
to varying working hours.
- A
mature individual with a high level of discretion and unquestionable
integrity.
Responsibilities
- Implementation
of the Environmental Management Systems.
- Implementation
of the HIV/AIDS development Programme
- Implementation
of Safety and Health issues.
- Training
the staff on environmental objectives and procedures.
- Rendering
reports, attending monthly meetings and replying to queries raised.
