Senior Director, Frontline Marketing, East and Central Africa, Job in Kenya

Your Role:

Align With Bottlers: Collaborate closely with bottlers to align on marketing priorities, leveraging consumer insights and strategic plans to achieve shared objectives.

Strategize and Innovate: Provide critical input on portfolio strategies and brand plans, identifying local innovation opportunities and guiding the commercialization of new projects.

Amplify Our Voice: Lead the localization and amplification of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our diverse consumer base.

Lead With Excellence: Review and approve marketing plans, oversee local activations, and showcase best practices that can be scaled across regions.

Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key bottlers, ensuring alignment and support for our marketing agenda.

Guide Your Team: Lead your team through situational coaching and talent development, driving towards success as measured by volume, share, and profit.


You hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

You bring 12-15 years of significant marketing and leadership experience, preferably within the food and beverage sector.

You have direct experience with marketing activations and a deep understanding of business and commercial acumen.

Your experience includes working with external partners, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.

You are adept at developing relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and guiding media buying processes.
