Yana Oil Limited is a manufacturing company for both automotive and industrial lubricants.We are looking for a self-driven individual to fill the position of production manager and below are the qualifications that we are looking for.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Analytical
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or any other
Chemistry related degree. Masters is an added advantage.
- Previous experience working in production
or manufacturing in the lubricants sector at a managerial level for
5-7years.
- Experience working with laboratory
equipment like ICP OES, CCS for both ASTM and ISO methods.
- Experience following ISO 9001:2015
procedures
- Technical management, supervision, and
control of production processes
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data
analysis, and statistical methods.
- Good technical and IT skills.
Functional Skills
- Focused and driven for continual
improvement.
- Good time management with good
organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal
& written) and interpersonal skills (all levels)
- Mental alertness and judgement.
- Problem solving skills.
- Precision and accuracy.
- Knowledgeable and sensitive about safety
regulations
