Outbound Sales Manager Job in Kenya

Salary: 600k-1.2m KES + Commission per annum

Experience: Minimum 6 years

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Manager in the B2B Solar sector to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for client management, cross-functional collaboration, technical guidance, relationship building, project management, and performance reporting. You will build and nurture client relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee feasibility assessments and site surveys, build strong relationships with EPC partners, manage solar projects from inception to completion, and provide regular reports on sales performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or related field
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications in renewable energy or project management preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role in solar project management
  • Proven ability to drive C&I solar projects
  • Exceptional sales skills and track record in client relationship development
  • Deep understanding of the East African market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
