Job description:
- Team player.
- Prepare three-course breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea
and drinks for sundowners.
- Cleaning up picnic baskets after sundowners or bush
breakfasts.
- Creating recipes that are delicious and cost effective.
- Preparing a variety of juices, salads, appetizers, main meals,
desserts and pastries.
- Liaising with clients to understand dietary requirements and
preferences.
- Fluency in all courses, multi-cuisines and vegetarian and
vegan food.
- Cooking different foods and cooking styles.
- Sourcing specialist ingredients.
- Prepare meals on timely basis.
- Preparing ingredients for the meals.
- Sourcing for ingredients and drinks for clients.
- Ensuring the table is well set for the meals, plating and
serving.
- Observe cleanliness.
- Ensuring that you have enough stocks for all the items.
- And any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in culinary arts or any other related
field.
- A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
