Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration,
Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills , both
verbal and written.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the
ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word,Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and organisation
skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new
processes and procedures
- Positive attitude and a commitment to
providing exceptional customer service.
