Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and record minutes
- Develop and implement procurement
strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve
savings while meeting quality and requirements of all the departments in
the company.
- Collaborate with all departments in the
factory to understand their needs, forecast demand, and develop
procurement plans accordingly.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
and managing them to ensure the smooth running of the offices in the
company
- File and retrieve corporate documents,
records and reports
- Perform general office duties such as
ordering supplies maintaining records and perform basic book- keeping work
- Perform part of the PR [public relations]
- Any other task assigned.
Education and other qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business
administration, management, or a related field.
- Exceptional time, task, and resource
management skills.
- In-depth understanding of office
management procedures and purchase process of items.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS
Office,excel
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of
multiple projects and deadline
