Responsibilities
- Social
media marketing
- Answer
and direct phone calls
- Plan
meetings and take detailed minutes
- Interact
with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering
questions through the company’s social pages
- Update
and maintain office policies and procedures
- Preparing
sales reports
- Prepare
and circulate marketing communication materials including price
quotations, special offers, dealer agreements, customer’s presentations,
trade presentations, product brochures and other related items.
- Management
and updating the company websites.
- Generate
online quality traffic for the website.
Qualifications and Experience
- College
degree/diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or
Secretary will be a plus
- In-depth
knowledge on effective social media marketing techniques
- Technical
understanding of Audio Visual hardware will be an added advantage.
- 3
years and above of experience in Marketing/PR/Customer Service/Content
Writing.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability
to perform well in a team as well as individually.
