Commercial Manager
Job Description
Reporting to
the E-Commerce Lead, the Commercial Manager – E- Commerce will be
responsible for:
Create
and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. Building &
executing the commercial campaigns.
Creating
product value add and share customer insight online shopping traits.
Achievement
of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
Key Responsibilities
Devising
strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel
developments to encourage sales in our online store.
Driving
the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Managing
and executing promotional campaigns.
Providing
insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and
identify assortment gaps.
Providing
analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department,
new product sell-through, and offering code performance.
Directing
the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to
ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Creating
promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Reviewing
copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
Analyzing
traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing
strategies.
Working
closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth
order fulfillment.
Key performance indicators
Grow
E-Commerce marketplace/Services model and increase customer uptake 5X.
Address
the 5 stages of the digital funnel.
Review
the value propositions to drive customer engagement and uptake.

Qualifications
Degree
in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
Completion
of a pertinent sales qualification is preferred.
Extensive
experience as an E-Commerce manager.
Demonstrated
track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
Sound
knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in E-Commerce.
Unmatched
supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional
consulting and quality assurance abilities.
Ability
to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
