Shop Operations Officer
We are looking for outstanding
candidates to apply for a vacant position in the capacity of Shop Operations
Officer, in our Shop Operation Department.
Responsibilities:
As a Shop Operations Officer, your role will entail;
1. Responsible for SOP store
sales and profits
2. Maintaining good
relationship with vendors by maintaining competitive prices and stock
stability.
3. Provide exceptional customer
service and resolve customer complains.
4. Communicate, execute, and
manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members.
5. Use different e-marketing
channels such as social media (Facebook/Twitter) and search engine
optimization.
6. Assisting process daily
orders and after sale application.
7. Manage store operational
issues, including joining into campaign, physical inventories, price changes,
etc.
8. Verification of vendor
payment amount.
Who are you?
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. A Diploma or Bachelor's
degree in any business related course.
2. Relevant experience in
purchasing and resource development is preferred.
3. Proactive and a strong sense
of responsibility and Teamwork spirit.
4. Data analysis skills with
proficiency in computer applications.
5. Outstanding communication
skills, both written and verbal.
6. Outstanding organizational skills.
7. Strong negotiation skills
8. Supply and demand matching
ability
9. Ability to acquire customers
and traffic
10. Ability to learn and
practice
