One of our clients dealing with
People Development is urgently looking for qualified and experienced candidates
to fill the Administration & Client Experience position.
The incumbent will be based in
Nairobi, Kenya.
Main Purpose of the Job: The incumbent will be responsible for developing
strong relationships with internal & external clients for business growth
as we meet and exceed client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate projects by liaising between the client
and the internal staff.
Coming up with innovative business strategies across
digital platforms in liaison with the Senior Management Team.
Preparation of clients’ proposals and reports as per
specific projects.
To liaise and engage clients to discuss their
requirements.
Develop and make presentations of company products
and services to current and potential clients
Coordinate, arrange and attend meetings
Undertake Office Administration duties including to
Coordinate training & travel logistics
Attend and respond to clients’ inquiries in person,
by phone or electronically
Assist with creation of reports, dashboards,
surveys, team execution tracking and other related needs
Developing & implementing digital strategies
i.e., Managing social media pages, writing blogs
Conduct and prepare presentations for specific
assignments as business demands.
Manage and maintain the team's diary &
engagements and tracking the same
Provide support to the Senior Executives which may
include personal errands.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Basic
design, photography & videography skills will be an added advantage
Good business personal image and etiquette
Person of high ethics and values integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
One who is confident, proactive, energetic and
results-oriented
Good Leadership Skills with hands on experience in
coordinating, coaching or mentoring
Customer centric with ability to deal with different
people in a professional and calm way.
One who is eager and fast to learn.
Ability to effectively plan, organize, multi-task
and work under pressure and meet deadlines.
