Our Client in the Logistics industry is seeking to hire an efficient customer service executive who will handle customer inquiries act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

·  Welcoming customers and attending to their needs in a warm and friendly manner

·  Answering the office telephone in a courteous manner.

·  Responding to queries that come through the emails

·  Filling and following up on job cards and film requisition forms.

·  Making customer quotations and issuance of tax invoices and payment receipt


·  Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

·  Generate sales leads.

·  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

·  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

·  Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

·  Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

·  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

·  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

·  Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

·  Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Key Qualifications

·  A Degree/Diploma in Business Management.

·  Must have at least 3 years’ Customer Service experience in a busy environment.

·  Excellent Communication skills.

·  Innovative and solutions oriented.

·  Proven experienced in selling service.

·  Strong leadership qualities.

·  Honest and with strong integrity.

·  Ambitious, connector and a go-getter.

·  Intelligent, quick learner and quick thinker.

·  Good Customer service skills.

·  Must be a good problem solver.

·  Good interpersonal skills.

·  Must have the ability to multi-task.

·  Good crisis management skills.
