Job Purpose;
To achieve area sales targets by delivering growth, profitability
and cash flow targets to meet business objectives
Responsibilities
·
Implementing the sales strategy while monitoring the scope areas
in line with overall strategy, policies, processes and procedures achieve the
institutions objectives.
·
Acquiring new direct and indirect customers to enhance business
scope.
·
Implement route to market, ensuring accurate and timely tracking
& reporting of primary and secondary sales of teams.
·
Developing customer relationships through regular operational
reviews to ensure that product availability, distribution and seize
opportunities.
·
Ensuring achievement of secondary sales targets through
distributors, monitoring and reporting to achieve respective set territory
objectives.
·
Cascading the area sales targets through a performance management
structure while inspiring team to achieve the section scorecard in line with
overall objective.
·
Reporting market trends, competitive information on sales, product
development and merchandising for growth of sales and profitability.
·
Achieve on time in-full and error free customer orders and
liquidate slow moving and dead stocks.
·
Managing talent in respective territory including coaching,
mentoring, developing, motivating, training and evaluating staff to
achieve highest levels of performance

Implementing best practices in respective areas of work

Brand Executive
Our client in FMCG Industry
is seeking to fill the position of Brand Executive, who will be responsible
for developing and implementing product marketing & distribution
strategies.
Responsibilities;
·
Creating and developing plans and strategies for development of
the various products range.
·
Leading category management projects to optimize ranges and
related merchandising.
·
Working alongside Sales teams to collect information and design
strategies to boost performance.
·
Managing a large portfolio of different retails brands and
developing appropriate strategies for each.
·
Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to
profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
·
Running marketing campaigns /activation in various parts for the
country.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
·
At least 3 years in a similar role (Brand/Product marketing).
·
Previous experience working with a PR/Marketing agency an added
advantage
·

Job Summary: Lead
and manage a high performance sales team to effectively achieve
business objectives.

Develop new markets and maintain existing ones.

Coaching the sales team, monitoring their performance to assist
them meet their individual targets.
