Call Centre Agents Jobs in Kenya

Sheer Logic is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for the position of Call Centre Agents.

This is a one year contract (Renewable).
Responsibilities:
·         Handle incoming calls and provide solutions/advice to customers and subordinates;

·         Monitor and respond to incoming SMS;
·         Maintain and update customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
·         Identify and escalate priority issues;

·         Complete call log reports for subordinates;
·         Follow the company sales and after sales processes ;
·         Help generate sales leads.
Qualifications
·         Degree/ Diploma in any field
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Presentable with good interpersonal skills
·         Good presentation skills.
·         At least 1 year experience working in a call centre will be a distinct advantage.
