Responsibilities

·         Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
·         Maintain system efficiency and configuration of network IP addresses.
·         Ensure design of the system allows all components to work properly together.
·         Troubleshoot problems reported by users; computer hardware, software, cabling, and printers network
·         Offering technical support to staff on computer programmes, packages, and applications.
·         Recommending for upgrades, hardware and software deployment and computer disposal and maintaining network and system security.
·         Monitor and evaluate networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
·         Identify user needs from time to time while ensuring they are solved.
·         Maintain integrity of the network, data, server deployment and security.
·         Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with all technical considerations and assigning routing protocols and routing table configuration.
·         Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
·         Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, and firewalls, personal digital assistants, Smartphone’s, software deployment, security updates and patches and continuously report and respond to security concerns from the users and from risk analysis on the company
·         Administer company fleet tracking systems and circulate reports on a weekly basis/as need be.
·         Continuously update company social media pages, apps, and website.
·         Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

·         Diploma in IT.
·         Proven experience in ERP programme a must.
·         Ability to learn and comprehend with excellent interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to achieve general ICT tools maintenance.
·         Ability to illustrate general maintenance requisite and simple procedures for the operation of the network and system security.
·         Must have excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Assistant Quality Controller

Responsibilities

·         Inspect all pre-assembled modules as per the quality gates.
·         Inspect main assembly process as per the quality gates.
·         Check and record all inline torque values as per the process.
·         Raise all inline incident reports.
·         Raise all inline Reworks form
·         Report day to day inline activities to the Senior Quality Controller.
·         Inspect incoming materials as per the Parts Quality Briefing.
·         Check all the incoming materials as per the Parts Catalogue.
·         Raise inbound reworks form.
·         Raise inbound incident report.
·         Perform static inspection on the fully assembled bike
·         Perform dynamic inspection on the fully assembled bike
·         Raise End of Line reworks form.
·         Raise End of line incident report

Qualifications

·         Should possess at least a certificate engineering
·         Demonstrated knowledge Quality control
·         Computer literate
·         Can work under minimal Supervision
·         Should be a self-starter who is driven and self-motivated
·         Great analysing skills

Administration

Responsibilities

·         Ensure all management documents (management meetings, board meetings etc.) are signed and well filed
·         Source office supplies and maintain office inventories
·         Order for office stationery when they are below the required quantities
·         Arrange visas, travel tickets and accommodation for employees who are travelling out of station
·         Organize meetings and ensure directors are well briefed for each meeting
·         Organize and maintain diaries of the directors
·         Keep action item lists for the directors as well as manage their follow ups
·         Book external boardrooms when necessary and ensure meals and refreshments have been ordered on time
·         Maintain rapport with various service providers e.g. hotels, travel agents, boardroom providers
·         Ensure international guests are well catered for and have accommodation and transportation to and from the airport
·         Deal with emails and phone calls and correspond on behalf of management
·         Take minutes during commercial and board meetings and ensure the meetings are signed, scanned and properly filed
·         Draft letters, presentations, briefs and emails on behalf of management
·         Screen calls, enquires and requests and direct them to the relevant parties

Qualifications

Purchasing & Supplies

Duties

·         Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; processes and distribute documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
·         Maintain records of all deliveries.
·         Fill supply requisitions; assist buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; deliver orders to departments and staff.
·         Receive, store, tag and track surplus materials;
·         Receive and store documents as well as maintain records of approved documents.
·         Ship back cancelled and damaged items to vendors as appropriate.
·         Deliver and set up products and materials as requested.
·         Maintain the record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner.
·         Answer questions regarding procedures and resolve discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries,
·         Warranties, repairs and surplus property.
·         Conduct product training for new employees.
·         Maintain accurate manual and computer records
·         Perform physical labour duties

Requirements

·         Minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies.
·         An academic background in IT is preferred
·         At least 1year working experience in Supplies.
·         Experience in working in an ICT firm would be an added advantage
·         Must have ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
·         Must demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for diversity


Customer Service

Responsibilities:

·         To take accountability for timely comprehensive and conclusive customer responses through email, letters phone calls etc.
·         Attend to and resolve, provide feedback on customer requests in line with 1st contact resolution(FCR)
·         Pro-actively engage with customer to identify risks, problems and potential opportunities.
·         Update & maintain customer records
·         To inform and educate customers on products to ensure retention of existing customer; increase sales revenue and organizational customer base
·         Monitor and track customer requests by ensuring accurate customer records are documented; directed to relevant department, and resolved to customer’s satisfaction
·         Perform customer on-boarding and quality check to ensure customer retention
·         Support front office with customer follow up and policy disputes by providing resolutions as per set turnaround time
·         Mange customer document policy to ensure proper documentation for improved customer satisfaction.
