Head of Credit Administration

Reporting to the Chief Risk
Officer, will supervise the maintenance of the entire documentation associated
with all credit applications, credit support, control systems and other
practices necessary to manage the outstanding risk assets of the Bank to normal
repayment and to properly and effectively monitor credit risk.
She/he will also design,
review and implement credit administration structure and procedures within the
bank.

performing accounts with irregularities and proactively follow-up to
ensure corrective action is taken in line with credit policy

reconciliation with original documents

Head of Credit Underwriting

Reporting to the Chief Risk
Officer, the job holder will be responsible for supporting Loan Managers and
Officers in the credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loan
packages.
She/he will ensure the facilitating
of comprehensive credit analysis that evaluates the existing facilities in the
portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversees the
preparation of credit underwriting and analysis of existing loans in
connection with renewals and modifications;
- Review
periodic reporting provided by customers to ensure borrowing base
availability as well as to monitor performance;
- Solicits
existing portfolio customers in an effort to increase and retain volume
and cross sell Bank products and services;
- Promotes
customer relations;
- Evaluates
financial statements, historical trends, projections, management

Chief Risk Officer

Reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer and the Board Risk Committee, the successful candidate will
be responsible for creating, designing and implementing a risk function that
supports the strategic goals of the Bank.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and
implement an appropriate (Enterprise Risk Management) ERM infrastructure
by integrating risk management with the Bank’s strategic management
process
- Manage on-going
risk quantification, assessment, monitoring and reporting programs across
the Bank
- Own, manage
and control Credit Risk in the bank that may be originated by Corporate,
SME and Retail Banking
- Assist Senior
Management and Board of Directors in understanding risk, its measurement
and control methodology; and provide support to the Board in its oversight
of risk through regular reports
- Optimize the
existing risk management system, regularly create and evaluate the Bank’s
risk control data model, using external, industry and internal data, the

Reporting to the Chief Business
Development Officer, will be responsible for leading the Liabilities team
performance, development and motivation for the team and ensure strategies are
executed and monitored for optimal revenue and regulatory work on capital and
asset/liability risk management policies for the bank.

wholesale liabilities team in growing a sound portfolio with a keen eyes
to cost and stability of funds

Reporting to the Head of
Centralized Operations and Alternate Cannels, the holder will be responsible
for ensuring that all the trade finance activities are conducted strictly with
banking credit line granted to the customer, organizing, supervising and
directing activities of bills processing, import and export financing,
establishment of letters of credit and attend to customer inquiries.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in
drawing up annual business development plans in trade and corporate
finance and to implement these plans with support from the Head of
Centralized Operations and Alternate Channels and Branches.
- Support
structuring and processing trade finance transactions across a spectrum of
sectors in liaison with the business teams and with support from the Head
of Centralized Operations and Alternate Channels and Branches;
- In line with
the above, liaise with the Banking Operations department to ensure that
