Our client, a real estate
development and management company is looking to hire a competent assistant
facilities manager to assist them in the maintenance and proper functioning of
the company’s operations.
- Assist with
planning and overseeing building work / renovation
- Assist with
lease management
- managing space
within buildings with the supervision of the team leader
- managing
building maintenance activities
- coordinating
cleaning, catering and parking services
- organising
security and general administrative services
- ensuring that
facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and
security standards
- frequently
reviewing utilities consumption with a view to minimize costs
Qualifications:
- proven
experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
- well versed in
technical or engineering operations and facilities management best
practice
- Excellent
organization skills
- Good analytical
& critical thinking skills
- Diploma in
project management/facilities management is an added advantage
