The
Consortium Manager (CoM) will be the principal representative and point of
convergence of all SPARK Consortium activities, with the responsibility to
facilitate integrated programming.
S/he
will work with NRC’s existing country office in Kenya but will have the
leadership for the overall management of the SPARK-DFID grant, providing
strategic and operational leadership to develop and implement a successful and
integrated livelihood (multi-sectoral) program to all the consortium
members.
The
CoM will ensure adherence to overall technical and programmatic quality in
implementation, compliance with DFID rules and regulations, and the timely
submission of all deliverables, including work plans, performance monitoring
and evaluation plans, and internal and external reports.
The
CoM will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the
activities of all consortium members.
S/he
will ensure the liaison between the Steering Committee (SC) and the Technical
Working Groups (TWG).
S/he
will represent the consortium members during external meetings and other fora,
responsible to harmonize the intervention / activities and to oversee the
respect of standard and policies among the implementation.
