Key
Responsibilities
- Maintains
pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory
level; anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and
expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs &
preparing ageing reports as often as possible.
- Maintains
a safe and clean environment by complying with company standard operating
procedures Ensure effective stock controls
- Protects
patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and
protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepares
reports by collecting and summarizing information and sending them on time
as required in the standard operating procedures.
- Take
responsibility of his/her shop by ensuring that all operations of the shop
are running smoothly.
- Adhere
to the Dangerous Drug Act regulation
- Perform
any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Diploma
in Pharmaceutical Technology from a reputable institution
- Valid
enrolment certificate from the pharmacy and poisons
- One-year
experience post internship in a busy retail pharmacy.
- Knowledge
in sales and marketing is an added advantage

- Welcome
clients and potential clients in a professional manner.
- Receive
and screen phone calls delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Deal
with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on
the telephone or via e-mail.

and coordinate with management on customer enquiries and ensure timely
resolution for same.
- Fulfil
all reasonable requests from clients and ensure their satisfaction

4. Janitor / Cleaner
Job
Type: Full-time
Summary
- Responsible
for cleaning premises and keeping areas neat and tidy.
- Empty
trash/ garbage receptacles, and replace lining of trash
cans.
Job responsibilities
- Sweep
and mop floors.
- Clean
building by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces, windows,
mirrors, glass partitions.
- Monitor
building security and safety and checking electrical appliance use to
ensure that hazards are not created.
- Dust
furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean,
disinfect and service restrooms on a timed basis
- Identify
and report possible repairs.
- Change
bed linen as required
- Maintain
infection prevention protocols.
Requirements
- KCSE
Certificate
- A
minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Valid
Kenya National identification card
- Good
conduct from police /Reference letter from the home (rural) assistant
