Job Title: Audit Assistant
Job Main Responsibilities
Job Main Responsibilities
- Provide significant help and support to the
internal auditor in review the company’s internal controls and procedures.
- Audit of the payables, payroll and receivables
- Prepares / participates in preparations for
risk-based audit plans / programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal control
procedure in the company.
- Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with
standards and requirements
- Establish working relationships with company’s
staff, business partners and clients
- Drafts audit reports for entire assignment or
portion of assignment.
- Develops and discusses findings; comes to
agreement on recommendations and timelines for corrective actions with
responsible officers of operations audited and monitors the implementation
status of agreed recommendations.
- Takes initiative in identifying appropriate
audit tools, best practices, and identifies/performs tasks aimed at
ensuring that the audit / assignments are conducted in accordance with
auditing standards.
- Performs other projects or tasks as may be
assigned.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Should have adequate computer skills
- Must have Knowledge on QuickBooks
- Must have at least two year work experience in
a similar industry or a busy audit department.
- Must have minimum qualification of CPA 2
