Vacancy:Operations Support Specialist
The Seller Support team acts as the
primary interface between Jumia and our sellers. The Operations Support
Specialist will be responsible for assisting and retraining low-performing
merchants that are struggling to meet their operational targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Trains marketplace merchants on Jumia’s tools
and best practices at sellers’ offices
- Works from sellers’ offices as an outsourced
resource to coach sellers to be able to follow strict service level
agreements on content production and order preparation
- Helps sellers with sourcing, processing and
uploading product information
- Liaises with other departments such as
Acquisition, Buying, Operations and Production to as required to resolve
sellers’ questions and issues
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business/ Operations/ Logistics/
Sales & Marketing
- Experience in logistics or operations highly

- Great communicator, friendly and approachable

new software and tools, excel and photoshop a plus

Vacancy: Seller Support Associate
The Seller Support team acts as the
primary interface between Jumia and our sellers. The Seller Support Associate
will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to
merchants selling on the Jumia platform.
Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main touch point for sellers via
phone and e-mail, providing prompt and efficient service
- Monitors Sellers’ adherence to strict service
level agreements on fulfillment times, out of stock and return rates,
retraining struggling sellers as needed
- Liaises with other departments such as
Operations, Buying, IT and Finance and escalates issues as required to
resolve sellers’ questions and issues
- Compiles weekly reports to sellers on their performance
with improvement guidelines and monthly internal reports to recommend way
forward with sellers
- Develops internal documentation and public
knowledge center
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
and fast-paced work environment essential
- Experience in logistics or operations highly
desirable

As a Business Development Associate,
you will work closely with Jumia’s senior managers to drive the acquisition of
