Requirements
- Have good interpersonal communication skills and abilities to mobilize citizens in participatory planning.
- Not less than 5 years’ experience in administrative duties.
- Holds at least Form Four qualifications and post expertise in the areas one has been working in.
- Conversant with County revenue sources and ability to enhance and mobilize the potentials.
- Conforms to Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and supervise the general administrative functions in the Ward.
- Mobilize revenue collection and play a critical role in building personal accounts and business register of rate payers and business people in the ward.
- Articulate implementation of Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution to the citizens.
- Coordination and facilitation of citizen participation in the development of policies and plans and delivery of services.
- Exercise functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board to the office.
- Ensure the Village Councils that shall be formed in the Wards are well managed.
- Work closely and report to the Sub County Administrator who is the immediate supervisor.
