Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the organization’s business growth.
She must be a highly driven and self motivated individual with a
strong passion for success and flair for sales and marketing.
Key Performance Areas:

- Growth
of assets and customer base.
- Drive
the penetration of the company’s products
- Participate
in expansion initiatives to grow the organization.
Qualifications & key competencies:
- A
minimum of a diploma
- At
least 3 years experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
- Demonstrating
powerful leadership, in terms of behavior and action.
- A
proven track record.
- Excellent
communication skills
- Proficient
in Microsoft office
