operations in the insurance and asset management business arena.
Our client is looking for a seasoned individual to take up an
Executive position of Deputy Managing Director for Kenya.
The key focus of this role is to individually be accountable for
translating and implementing the overall leadership and vision set by the Kenya
CEO and ensuring that the strategy of the business is implemented in alignment
to the Africa strategy through the effective leadership of the EXCOM team.
The Deputy Managing Director is a Manager of Managers and will
be expected to be a seasoned leader, with an exceptional track record of
achieving results through teams.

Academic Qualification and Experience requirement
MBA or Masters of Commerce, preferable a Minimum of 10 years
relevant Financial Services experience at Senior Management level.
Role Description
- Takes
co- responsibility for strategic direction of the overall Business,
including all operational components of Finance, HR, Risk, IT, Programme
Office and Compliance.
- Sets
direction for the Business
