Job Title: Sales Executive – New Vehicles / Used Vehicles
Section (Pick-Ups and Trucks)
Reporting to:Marketing Manager
Overall Goal:Achieve and exceed new and used car sales target in volumes, GP
and Nett profit terms through effective sale practices.
A. Specific Performance Standards - Achieve
agreed goals, objectives, gross and net sales, profit margins and
gross profits
- Plan,
measure and managing the market Share
- Budget
and target management
- Management
of key performance areas as a profit centre
- Ensuring
proper follow-up for all potential buyers by developing, implementing and
monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
- Tracking
all customers and making sure all leads are logged
- Investing
on the team
- Generate
new business
- Driving
Revenue through new client acquisition
- Manage
customer development stages from buying, cross-sell, up-sell, complaints
and retention process
- Monitoring
customer satisfaction ratings for the department
- Customer
Retention
- Preparing
stock order, recommending specific car inventory needs by colour, model
and based on customer and market analysis
B. Job Requirements

needs

- ensure that the strategies drive the required business results,

accomplish objectives and goals
- Strong
communication skills
- Over
5 years experience in a similar position
- Must
have a valid driving license
C. Education Requirements
- A
minimum of Degree in marketing and computer knowledge is useful.
- Experience
from motor vehicle industry will be given the first priority but is not a
must.
- Experience
from other industry will also be considered apart from fast moving goods
Industry.
D. Reward Package
The salary offered for this position will be Ksh.40, 000-50,000
gross plus Commission, and will be dependent on the experience and contribution
of the successful candidate
