There’s certainly no one “right” answer for a question like this
but some approaches work better than others. We all know that interviews are a
pain in the neck. Ideally you want to see if there’s a good fit between you and
the employer. Some tricky questions are like: What is your greatest
weakness? What are your strengths? How would you handle an angry customer? This
are classical questions that according to my opinion should be disallowed in an
interview.
