1. Sales Persons
Job descriptions
·         Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
·         Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
·         Follow-up for collection of payment.
·         Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
·         Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
·         Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
·         Provide on-the-job training to new potential clients and demonstrate how the system works

·         Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
·         Identify and resolve client concerns.
·         Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
·         Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
·         Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
·         Other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
·         make at least 20 new sales everyday
·         lias with technical departments to ensure clients’ problems are resolved within 24 hrs
·         do a weekly report on sales done, projections and targets met
·         Fresh graduate in any field with good command of English and Kiswahili languages and computer savvy
·         Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
·         Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
·         Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
2. Technical Manager
Job Descriptions
·         lias with the SMS vendor in the development of the SMS system to ensure it meets the users demands.
·         Supervise the uploading of data into the systems database and ensuring security of the same.
·         Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
·         Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
·         Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers and senior developers through formal and informal channels.
·         Seeks and participates in personal development opportunities above and beyond training required by us.
·         Trains other innovators and clients through both formal and informal training programs.
·         Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
·         Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change .
·         Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
·         Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices
·         Encourages more junior Innovators to take responsibility for their development within the company.
·         Challenges fellow innovators to progress toward their professional development goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
·         Ensure 99.9% uptime on the SMS platform by monitoring the system and keeping a back-up
·         Ensure new client’s are activated within 30 minutes of the recipt of the request
·         Do a quaterly report on the health of the system/platform
·         Must be a graduate in Computer Science/Technology/IT or any other closely related discipline.
·         2-3 years in a busy VAS/System development environment.
·         Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
·         Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.
·         Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.
·         Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
·         Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.
·         Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.
3. Marketing and Product Development Manager
