Cricket Kenya is seeking to recruit a number of new staff to help us achieve our objective of moving the game forward and ensuring we compete on the World stage and continue to be the country’s most successful team sport.

National Coach

Cricket Kenya is looking for an outstanding coach to lead our National team on the global stage and ensure our players fulfil their potential in all formats of the game.

In addition to excellent technical skills and knowledge we require an exceptional communicator and motivator who can get the best from players.

The National coach will also work to ensure elite players at all levels fulfil their potential and contribute to the wider development of cricket with Kenya.

Candidates must have experience of coaching and/or playing at First Class or International level and in depth experience and knowledge of Twenty20 cricket.

Qualification and performing well at the next Twenty20 World Cup and establishing Kenya as the leading Associate country in the ICC rankings are the prime objectives.

Head of Elite Development

The performance of our national teams at all levels is of paramount importance. The Head of Elite Development will be responsible for leading the organization and coaching of national teams, the identification of promising players and the maximization of their potential and the performance of certain national teams in series and tournaments.

The Head of Elite Development will be responsible for the planning, budgeting and delivery of coaching and talent development programs at all levels with particular emphasis on national and representative teams, elite players of all ages and other related duties and projects as necessary. Previous coaching and playing experience at a senior level is essential.

Regional Provincial Manager 
(Three positions based in Nairobi, Nakuru and Mombasa)

Cricket Kenya is seeking to empower our provinces to ensure they can meet the requirements for the game at all levels within their catchment area. The RPM will play a key role in the administration and delivery of all activities, working closely with both the Provincial Board and CK staff. The RPM is responsible for increasing the numbers of participants and the playing standards at all levels with the Province.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for the implementation of coaching, development and tournament programs at all levels within the province, general administration of provincial affairs and finances and other related duties and projects as necessary.

Cricket playing/coaching experience and excellent administrations skills are essential.

Elite Coaches

A primary objective of Cricket Kenya is the development of the game at all levels and the success of our representative and national teams.

The Elite Coaches will be members of a vibrant coaching and development team which is tasked with making sure that the game is accessible to all in a structured manner and that talented players are identified and given the coaching they need to maximize their potential.

The Elite coaches will be responsible for the implementation of coaching and development programs at all levels with particular emphasis on elite players of all ages and other related duties and projects as necessary. Senior playing/coaching experience is essential.

Development Officers 
(Positions in Nairobi, Mombasa and Nakuru)

Cricket Kenya is committed to the development of the game at all levels. The Development Officers (DO) will be members of a committed development team which is tasked with making sure that the game is accessible to all in a structured manner in the provinces.

The Development Officers will be responsible for the implementation of coaching and development programs at all levels and other related duties and projects as necessary.

Previous playing/coaching experience is essential.

Finance Manager

A primary objective of Cricket Kenya is to ensure strong and transparent financial management is in place. The Finance Manager is responsible for working with the CEO and Treasurer to ensure all funds are accurately accounted for, best financial practice implemented and recommendation of measures and policies to ensure the maximization of financial resources.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting for Cricket Kenya and other related duties and projects as necessary.
