Western Seed Company is seeking applications from self-motivated agriculturally oriented, outstanding individuals to be trained to work in the field in agronomy and seed production, processing and dissemination of high-yielding Hybrid seed maize.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:

- A diploma or a graduate degree in crop science, soil science, general agriculture or agronomy from any recognized agricultural colleges.
- Computing knowledge will be of an added advantage.
- Willingness to start as trainees and be mentored to take complete responsibility of specific sectors and provide complete technology product stewardship.
- Ability and willingness to work and live in challenging environments anywhere in Eastern Africa.
