Description: The Community Development Worker is a key player in ensuring the success and sustainability of Water Missions' projects. This is an excellent position for an individual with experience in micro-finance and micro-enterprise. The person in this position could potentially move up into leadership roles within the ministry after demonstrated commitment and performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing sustainability and micro-enterprise curriculum
• Setting up and training Safe Water Committees
•Developing accounting, reporting, and monitoring procedures for the Safe Water Committees;
• Working closely with the administrative team to prepare professional reports for donors
• Leading the Community Development Team in the field when the Coordinator is not available

Requirements: Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Business, Accounting, or Community Development)
• +5 years of work experience (Preferably in Micro-finance or Micro-enterprise)
• Advanced skills with MS Office computer programs [Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
