Requirements
· Minimum ‘O’ Level of education, mean grade of B- and above
· Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial relationship from reputable institution. Other added certificates/diplomas i.e. in business management are of advantage.
· Minimum 5yrs experience
· Must be a person of high integrity, ready to work under pressure, less supervision and capable of handling over 150 employees
· Knowledge of new labour laws of Kenya
· Minimum age of 30yrs
