Duties And Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment.
  • Remuneration administration including monthly statutory filing of PAYE, NHIF and NSSF.
  • Oversight  and formulation of human resource procedures and policies that comply with Kenyan laws
  • Managing employee records and contracts
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management of acquired resources.
  • Managing of organizational assets
  • Manage in house training programs
  • Managing employee motivation through organizing team building activities and events.
  • Separation
  • Managing group work culture.


  • Must be willing to work on commission.
  • Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
  • C+ and above in K.C.S.E
  • A verifiable academic certificate of training in human resource management.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
