Job Description:
As
a Virtual Assistant/Administrative Support, you will play a crucial role in
supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency across various
administrative tasks. Working remotely, you will assist the team with
administrative duties, scheduling, correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support to the team by
managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and
events.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls,
and other communications, in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and
reports as required.
Conduct research on various topics and compile
information for reports and presentations.
Assist with data entry, organization, and maintenance of records and databases.
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for
team members when necessary.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense
tracking and invoice processing.
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and
clients as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with discretion.
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by
the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant,
administrative assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills,
with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with
proficiency in English.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision and demonstrate initiative.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary
technology for remote work.
Previous experience working in a remote or virtual
environment is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work
schedules.
