Job Summary:
Identification, assessment, and treatment of
Operational risks.
Execution of Operational Risk processes to ensure
compliance with set policies, standards, procedures, and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiative – 10%
Support in the development of Operational risk
management reports
Operational Controls – 90%
Coordinate bank wide procedure manuals development
and signoff.
Update and monitor the incidents management platform
and trend analytics.
Collate and review the RCSA quality and reporting.
Maintain the IT Risk Control Self Assessments
(RCSA).
Assist in the bank wide Vendor Risk Management that
include mapping and reporting.
Assist in the improvement of the Operational Risk
tools to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Skills And Competencies:
Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this
Role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or
a related field.
Risk related certification(s) will be an added
advantage.
