ICT Interns
The job holders will be responsible for system
administration, network administration, infrastructure management, web
development and maintenance, technical and user support and troubleshooting and
securing the ICT network, ensuring it is fast, reliable, and stable to support
all processes of the Institute.
Key Responsibilities-Intern 1
Network management and administration.
Enterprise network security.
System’s performance optimization.
ICT infrastructure and asset management.
Servers and network resources administration and
monitoring.
Network and remote access management.
Vendor and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities-Intern 2
Systems administration.
Software development with a bias on Microsoft
Dynamics Navision
System analysis and design.
Cross functional collaboration.
User requirements elicitation.
User capacity building and system use optimization.
Technical and user support.
Applications customization and process/system
integration.
Process automation and adoption of new ICT
technologies.
Database management.
Project management.
Key Responsiblities-Intern 3
Coordinate and prioritize advanced ICT support
service.
General support for systems, network, and other ICT
tools.
Web applications development and management.
Learning Management System configuration and support
with a bias in moodle.
Offer technical and user support across all branches.
Coordinate branch network risk management and
business continuity plans.
Ensure continuous user training on available ICT
tools and emerging trends.
Perform maintenance of ICT equipment and servers to
minimise breakdowns and service interruptions.
Knowledge and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BBIT, Computer Science or
equivalent from a recognised institution
Industry certifications will be an added advantage.
Six (6) months’ experience or Diploma with at least
1-year hands-on experience
