Who we are looking for
As a Business Development Representative at Online
Travel Agency, you will be contributing to the growth of our organization’s
sales by positioning the value of Online Travel Agency’s travel products to new
prospects and current clients via cold calls and emails. You will also
participate in social selling and networking. You will closely work with sales,
marketing, and software developers.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling,
emailing, and networking (Facebook, WhatsApp, …) to build a strong pipeline
Conduct presentations and application demos to
potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and
execute strategies for lead generation and sales growth
Build and maintain relationships with clients,
understanding their needs and forward them to software developers for
implementation and testing
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with
corporate clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and
customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges
Provide regular updates and reports on sales
activities, progress, and forecasts to management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales,
Marketing, or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in business development or
sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in sales analytics and Microsoft Office
Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales
objectives
Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges
and changing market dynamics
