Purpose:
Responsibilities as Assistant Manager- Investment
Operations: Work closely with Operations Manager to provide leadership to the
team handling Investment Operations, processes, client service and production
of client reports with the aim of offering excellent customer service and
experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and approve reconciliations between the
custodian and the fund manager;
Review daily pricing of Unit Trust products
Develop, review and update the operations manual for
CICAM business;
Review the reconciliations and final client
investment reports(statements) before dispatch to clients;
Check and approve accuracy and completeness of all
content that is uploaded into the investment system(daily);
Reviews customer concerns and ensures appropriate action is taken on any escalated issues;
Review portfolio performance before circulation to
the relevant stakeholders
Participate in planning and budgeting for the
department
Any other duty as may be given.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or in a related
field E
Computer literate in MS Office and other office
applications E
Professional
Certification in either of the following; CISA/ CISM/
CRM/ Progress in CPA D
Experience Required:
3 years Relevant experience
