As a Showroom Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence while leading a dynamic team of showroom associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom,
ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Lead, mentor, and motivate showroom associates to
achieve sales targets and provide outstanding support to customers.
Maintain showroom appearance and product displays to
showcase our offerings in the best light.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to
optimize showroom performance and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the delivery and logistics department
as well as the administrative department.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, preferably in a
supervisory or leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a
customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and
point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Work contract of 3 years.
