and plots near game parks. Our goal is to provide investment opportunities that
offer a wide array of possibilities, whether it’s building second homes,
retirement homes, or generating rental income through Airbnb. We source premium
properties to ensure our clients get the best value for their investments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales
Representative at AHL Properties in Nairobi County, Kenya
Building and maintaining relationships with potential
buyers,
Conducting property tours,
Providing information on available properties,
Negotiating and closing sales deals, and
Assisting clients with the purchase process.
The Sales Representative will also be responsible for
meeting sales targets and staying updated on market trends and property values.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales of at least 1 year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of the real estate industry and property
market
Familiarity with the local area and property
regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales
targets
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
