Sales Representative Job in Kenya

Responsibilities

Actively seek out new sales opportunities as aligned with route plans (do they have? Will they need?) and sales targets.

Negotiate and close sales of Watu Simu assets to realize sales and revenue targets.

Monitor reorder levels in retail shops and ensure the availability of stock.

Deliver marketing materials as assigned in support of the business marketing plan.

Drive revenue increase through conversion of cash customers to credit.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct customer education by presenting comprehensive asset financing product information including value proposition to all sales leads.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints escalating to relevant channels where required.

Effectively communicate customer feedback and company updates to customers.


Identify dealership challenges and training needs and provide resolution.

Participate in company events, activations and promotions alongside dealerships.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Develop effective and efficient route plans and see through route compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma in a business related field.

3 years experience in sales or related field.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools

The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

Commercial awareness

Self-motivated and driven by targets.
