Key Responsibilities

Deliver regional revenue objectives

Manage distributor accounts end-to-end

Optimize the use of company resources in the region

Ensure the availability of focus product

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the FMCG in- dustry, Non-commodity sector

Exceptional ability to strategically optimize the use of company resources to maximize regional perfor- mance and drive sales growth
