Job Description:

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Overall management of Microbial lab
  • Microbial analysis of Raw materials, intermediate and finished products (RTD, Wine, juice):
    • Process microbiological analysis- i.e., Process Tanks, QC Tank Final Product, Surfaces wabs, piping swabs, packaging material swabs, general process microbiology and Personnel Hygiene hand Swabs.
    • Production line hygiene swabs and micro-analysis – i.e., fillers, bottles, CIP final rinsate on L1 &3, personnel hands swabs
    • Finished Products Microbiological analysis – i.e., RTDs, Wines post bottling or tetra(line 1 & 3).
  • Contract packaging – Tetra Pak juice routine microbiological analysis and COA development.
  • Develop hygiene standards based on periodic environmental microbial analysis.

    • Environmental microbial Monitoring –Cellars, Process area, Filling Area (fillers on L1 3), Water processing area, Canteen etc
  • Daily water microbiological analysis- Process Water, Canteen water and Raw water.
  • Bulk wine & Juice receiving- Initial micro load analysis.
  • Support ILEC analysis -microbiology test.
  • Ingredients micro analysis- Flavors, concentrates, colors, preservatives, stabilizers etc.
  • Handling Customer/ Consumer compliant involving micro-analysis.

Qualifications :

  • Bsc. In Mircobiology (Food Technology Or Biotech)
