Human Resources & Administration Assistant Job in Kenya

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our busy team. The Assistant will support recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR inquiries, as well as providing other administrative support.


A related educational background and experience is required.

You need to be well organised and familiar with relevant policies, practices and systems.

You will be comfortable with information technology.

Your written and spoken English must be excellent and good Kiswahili is a distinct advantage.

You must be able to deal with colleagues and members of the public in a professional and pleasant way that creates a good impression of the organisation.
