Your Role and Responsibilities

As our HR Business Operations Specialist, you will be essential in driving our HR initiatives:

Employee Lifecycle Management: Actively manage recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.

HR Policy and Compliance: Champion our HR policies, lead compliance efforts, and address legal concerns alongside management.

On-the-Floor Engagement: Move away from the desk, interact directly with our team, and be an integral part of daily operations.

Administrative and Operational Support: Manage contracts, maintain employee records, oversee benefits, and handle logistics with a hands-on approach to ensure excellence in all we do.

Proactive HR Leadership: Drive HR projects, produce strategic personnel reports, and assist our HR Manager in daily tasks to keep our department ahead of the curve.
