Brief Description
As
the Head of Business Partnering – People & Culture, you will play a pivotal
role in driving and facilitating the transformation of our company’s culture
and people agenda. You will provide strategic partnership to ensure the
continuous achievement of our business strategy through targeted interventions
in business and employee experience. Reporting directly to the Chief People
Officer (CPO), you will provide leadership oversight to the People &
Culture partners and collaborate with HR Functional/Specialist areas to jointly
develop and implement business and employee-centered interventions.
Detailed Description
- Provide strategic HR leadership to the
organization by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and
driving the HR agenda to support the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior
business leaders, understanding their business needs and providing HR
solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and
initiatives that support the organization’s goals and objectives,
including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational
development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee
relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance
to managers, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies
and procedures.
- Oversee the performance management
process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback
mechanisms to drive high performance and accountability.
- Lead change management initiatives to
drive organizational change and ensure successful implementation of new
processes, systems, or structures.
- Identify and develop leadership
capabilities within the organization to build a strong leadership pipeline
and ensure succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to
create a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and
motivation.
- Oversee staffing needs and collaborate
with talent acquisition to attract future talent.
- Identify learning and development needs
and partner with talent and learning development colleagues to deliver
support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources,
Business, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Registered member of Institute of Human
Resource Management (IHRM).
- Must have an appropriate people
management qualification such as CHRP, SPHR, or SHRM.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a
senior HR Leadership role.
