Accountant Job in Kenya

Job summary: 

The accountant is responsible for keeping and interpreting financial records


Maintaining the billing system.

Generating invoices and account statements for patients and other customers.

Performing Bank Account reconciliations.

Maintaining Accounts receivable files and records.

Reconciliation of NHIF Hospital Account and other assigned insurances.

Conduct follow-up emails to customers on their bills.

Tracking all customer payments to ensure remittance within a specified period agreed.

Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash among others.

Investigate and resolve customer queries

Supervision of clerical staff.

To be able to perform duties well as may be assigned by the In-charge
